More Changes on Chase Daylight:

  • You can now subscribe to chase daylight in two ways. In my side bar, find the “Get Your Daily Dose of Chase Daylight!” box. You can choose to have my posts delivered to you daily to your email inbox, or you can add them to any reader of your choice (I use Google Reader!)
  • I’ve changed my photo slightly..a little bigger without the “author” stuff all around it. I finally figured out how to do it!
  • Looking for something in particular? A new search tool can now be found under my picture!

Guess what?! ONE MORE DAY UNTIL FREEDOM!!! I have a very long day tomorrow but it will be wonderful knowing there’s a bright light at the end of a long tunnel. Here’s the plan for tomorrow:

  • Internship– 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM
  • Work–12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
  • PACKING– 4:30 PM – 5:45 PM
  • Babysitting–6:00 PM – ??
  • MORE PACKING!
  • Scheduling guest posts!

We’re leaving early on Saturday morning to drive to Melbourne to spend some time with Evan’s family. It’s on the way to Miami, so it’s perfect!

Today’s eats were a crazy scramble to try and eat everything in my fridge before I leave. Basically that consisted of eggs, yogurt, bread, cheese, spinach, bananas, and kiwi

Breakfast: Green with Envy smoothie

Lunch: Almond Butter, Honey, and Banana sandwich on Honey Oatmeal Bread (no pic)

Mid-Afternoon Snack: Lots of Vanilla Chobani (probably close to 10 oz!) topped with pumpkin spice granola, unsweetened coconut and a few dark chocolate chips. YUMMMM!

Dinner: a 1 egg / 2 egg white omelet topped with white cheddar cheese and spinach. I also had an Cinnamon Raisin Ezekial EM with Earth Balance on top. Oh I just love breakfast for dinner!

Dessert: a few more dark chocolate chips and a ginger chew…YUM and PERFECT!

Tonight I got out of class super early, so my teaching partner and I decided to go for a run together! She just started the C25K plan I had so much success with when I first started running. I was looking for a light run and some extra motivation to work out tonight so it was a perfect plan! We did week 2’s run (5 minute warmup, 90 seconds running, 2 minutes walking for 20 minutes). During the running we were at a 9:30 pace and the walking was brisk. I loved having someone to talk to and make the 20 minutes literally FLY by! It was just what I needed tonight and it was kind of fun going back to where I started with running a few months ago 🙂

Alright, I’m off to a shower and bed! Tomorrow will be my last post until after my cruise. Make sure you check out all of the awesome guest posts that are lined up for when I’m gone!
